ELDAC Resources Order Form

ELDAC offers a range of free print and downloadable resources relating to the project that can be ordered for you by you or within your service.

You can order printed items below, or download fact sheets, forms and other materials to support education, training and practice, or to promote ELDAC at events.

To order printed items, please complete your details below and we will pack and send to you. We appreciate your support in providing us with some basic information to assist in reporting.

Please note: These resources are designed for organisation and staff use only. Resources for residents, patients, carers and families, are available to download or order from the CareSearch and CarerHelp websites.

  • Specific Population Groups

     

    The Aged Care Bill 2024 defines the following population groups as having specific needs:

    • Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander
    • Culturally, ethnically and linguistically diverse backgrounds
    • Lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans/transgender or intersex or other sexual orientations or gender diverse or bodily diverse
    • Living in rural and remote area
    • Individual with disability or mental ill-health
    • Financially or socially disadvantaged
    • Adult survivors of institutional child sexual abuse
    • Veterans and war-widows
    • Deaf, deafblind, vision impaired or hard of hearing
    • Neurodivergent
    • Parents and children separated by forced adoption/removal
    • Care-leavers including forgotten Australians and former child migrants placed in out of home care
    • Experiencing or risk of homelessness
