palliAGED Evidence Centre. palliAGED is the online evidence-based guidance and knowledge resource about palliative care in aged care for use by health professionals and the aged care workforce.

The ARIIA Knowledge and Implementation Hub provides access to evidence and resources on a range of priority topics for aged care. These topics have been identified by the aged care sector. ARIIA also has information on urgent and critical needs in the sector.

Palliative Care Australia (PCA) is the national peak body for palliative care. PCA represents all those who work towards high quality palliative care for all Australians. Working closely with consumers, PCA Member Organisations and the palliative care workforce, PCA aims to improve access to, and promote the need for, palliative care.

The caring@home project develops resources for health professionals to support carers and families to help manage end-of-life symptoms for a person at home, including safely using subcutaneou medicines. Resources support best-practice patient-centred palliative care and available as standard resources, translated resources (9 languages) and specific resources for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and their families.
