The ELDAC homepage provides easy access to knowledge and resources across key areas of palliative and end-of-life care. Finding information is easy and guided by an interactive care model. Simple role filters make it easy for aged care staff to access the information most relevant to their work.

The Understanding Palliative Care page explains what palliative care is, who provides it, and how it supports older people at the end of life. It highlights the role of aged care workers and the importance of teamwork, planning, and a person-centred approach to care.
