The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) highlights the importance role and contribution that GPs make in ensuring older people receive high-quality care. They are critical to addressing the spectrum of needs, providing continuity and coordination and providing place-based and family-oriented care. These roles become even more significant as older people face changes associated with ageing and approaching the end of life.

ELDAC Resources for GPs

End of Life directions for Aged Care (ELDAC) is a critical part of developing a capable and responsive aged care and primary care workforce.
