PaCE Aged Care

PaCE Aged Care is a resource directory of education resources specifically produced for aged care. It is a mobile-responsive web-based app. The app helps you find learning and teaching resources that support the development of specific palliative care capabilities for your aged care team. The directory includes information about learning approaches and modes of delivery for each resource. PaCE Aged Care is free to use, and all learning resources are free to access.

• PACE Aged Care is a comprehensive resource. It houses almost 200 resources that National Palliative Care Projects have developed. The selected resources are high quality and well-developed. You can see a resource, its learning outcomes, duration, certifications, capabilities, filters, and keyword tags in one place. The resource is then one click away.

The app has been developed and will be maintained by the Palliative Care Education and Training Collaborative at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). PaCE Aged Care is now live and available for you to access.
