Our Knowledge Partners
Providing quality palliative and end of life care requires a range of knowledge, resources and expertise. ELDAC works alongside national organisations and projects that support aged care providers, health professionals, older people and families. By working together, we can help connect you with the resources, education and support that best meet your needs. When ELDAC is not the right destination, we can help point you to the team that is.
This partnership approach helps reduce duplication, strengthens consistency and makes it easier for aged care services and health professionals to find the information they need.
