Our team

Many people are currently contributing to the ELDAC Project. We would like to acknowledge the members of our National Reference Group, and the work delivered by our Partnership Group, Toolkit Working Group, Marketing and Website Group and Engagement Group. We would also like to note that many people from aged care, primary care and health care engage in meetings, co-design workshops, review activities and support tasks. Their contribution shapes the work and success of the ELDAC Project.
